Jörg Lohr, CEO

Joerg Lohr, born in 1980, has been CEO at Compleo Charging Solutions since November 2022. Jörg Lohr joined Compleo back in spring 2022 in his role as founding managing director of Compleo's Software company. In his previous position, Joerg Lohr managed numerous large-scale projects at an international level, most recently being responsible for setting up electric mobility for the world's largest online retailer, Amazon. Before that, he worked for Allego, Ionity and RWE Effizienz.

Joerg Lohr is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Compleo Group. In addition to his role as CEO, Jörg also holds the office of Chief Commercial Officer. In his role, he is responsible for German and international sales, including marketing and communications, as well as business development. He is also responsible for charging station and software development and the company's strategy.

Peter Hamela, CFO

Peter Hamela has been CFO at Compleo Charging Solutions since November 2022. Since the beginning of 2022, Peter has supported Compleo as an external advisor on financial and restructuring issues. Through his previous senior positions, he has built up a great deal of expertise in the area of financing and restructuring. Peter Hamela most recently worked for RIAL Consulting as interim manager in the area of restructuring, controlling and finance. With more than 20 years of professional experience, he can look back on positions such as Head of Administration at Lidl Italia and Finance Director at Toys "R" US Central Europe. Hamela holds a degree in business administration.

Dag Hagby

Dag Hagby was born on March 29, 1960. From 1980 to 1985 he studied business administration at the University RWTH Aachen. From 1985 to 1988 he worked as a trainee at BASF AG and then as a member of the management team of the France-Benelux region, responsible for reporting, planning and controlling. From 1988 to 1990 he was managing director of SANDAR Electronics GmbH. He served as managing director for Compleo (in the legal form of a German limited liability company (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung or GmbH) until 2019. In addition, he was managing director and shareholder of EBG group for 30 years participating in the strategic reorientation of Compleo in 2009.

Dr. Bert Böttcher

Dr. Bert Böttcher was born in 1963. He graduated with a diploma in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) in Frankfurt. Dr. Böttcher worked as a tax advisor and auditor at KPMG AG since 1989, from 1999 to 2018 as a partner in the area audit. Since 2018, Dr. Böttcher is a member of the Supervisory Board at KPMG AG.

Ralf Schöpker

Ralf Schöpker was born on September 27, 1960. From 1980 to 1984 he studied business administration at the Bundeswehr University in Neubiberg. From 1979 to 1993 he went through an officer career at the Bundeswehr (air force) with final rank as captain. Since 1993 until today, he has been and is managing director or member of the management of various industrial as well as technology companies, in particular BIT Holdings GmbH, PRICAP Venture Partners AG, Media@Bild AG, Buchanan Industrial Technologie GmbH, MIT Munich Industrial AG, ST-Holding AG and PartnerFonds AG.

Since August 2017, Ralf Schöpker is managing Director at Helima Industries GmbH, a globally active manufacturer of aluminum and stainless steel profiles for the glass construction, window and automotive industries.
